Yaxley Riders Autumn Chase

We were pleased to join forces with the Yaxley Riders earlier this month to provide some Punk’d Power to the 87 riders taking part in their Autumn Chase event.

The Yaxley Riders are a group of Yaxley based cyclists that run cycling events in order to raise funds for local good causes. Through their bike donation scheme alone they have managed to donate over 60 bikes to The Little Miracles Charity.

It was great to see so many of the riders on the day enjoying our delicious protein bars with Dean describing our Peanut Butter Flapjack as “perfect for eating on the bike. It was moist and chewy so didn’t need washing down with lots of drink like other bars and was easy to digest”.

At Punk’d Protein we love taking the opportunity to get involved with local causes and the Autumn Chase was another example of local event helping to give something back to the community. Event administrator Mark Wheatley said “We like to ensure the riders taking part get a good start to the ride, so when Punk’d Protein kindly agreed to supply us with a free range of their protein bars and cookies to offer those on the event we were delighted. “
